The Challenge
Outcomes, Inc. offers a wide range of psychotherapy, counseling and support services and programs for individuals, families and employers in New Mexico. The organization’s beneficiaries are also diverse, including for example seniors, grandparents raising grandchildren, employees, families, veterans looking for jobs. Outcomes therefore required a segmented strategy to provide the right information to each group of constituents regarding upcoming events, programs and services.
The Solution
Upleaf designed the new Outcomes website around the organization’s six core programs. Each program has its own dedicated section with a tailored sidebar, calls to action and information about upcoming events or other relevant resources. Special site features include:

- Online forum
- Calendar of events
- Social media sharing
- Online store
- Online donations
- “Fresh Perspectives” blog
- Automated e-newsletter
- Events registration and payment
In addition the site includes other interactive features such as comments, a secure intake form to help visitors schedule an appointment and multiple contact forms to get in touch with the right staff members on the spot.
