Our Work for this Client
Upleaf redesigned ACLU of New Mexico's website for the first time in 2010. This process included reorganizing the way information was presented on the site, editing content for the web, generating organic SEO, defining key calls to action, and adding more interactive features (polls, photo gallery, news, video and a blog space entitled "Freedom Forum"). Upleaf also translated key content into Spanish and created a Spanish-language section of the site.
Traffic quickly doubled after the site was launched, and has continued climbing steadily ever since.
By 2013 there were new features and calls to action that ACLU-NM wanted to integrate into the site, at the same time making it more engaging for visitors on smartphones and tablets. So Upleaf redesigned the website using responsive design techniques and adjusted the strategy to ACLU-NM's new realities. The new site design better reflects the organization's focus on key issues, and encourages more community engagement through social media and email updates.
